Haven't had alot of experience with clips, so... I don't see any weakening opposite the clip. The edge is not smooth, not sure if it should be or not. Yea or nea?

It looks like someone cut the edge of your coin. Look at the difference. I am not an expert but have found a couple.

The devices nearest to the clipped area should be weak if it is a legit incomplete planchet.

When that area is still strong, the more questionable it becomes.

The exception would be on a large clipped area. These seem to still show strong devices.
