The cupped affect is normal for the 80's Zincolns. Die Deterioration and polishing and an issue with those dies, left them that way. The plating is peeling to the left of the 'L' on LIBERTY. The reverse die looks like it was wiped down. What grease that was on the die was moved to the devices near the edge unevenly. Leaving some of the tops of the UNITED STATES to show as raised, but they are just not filled. The rest of the same area was affected by the grease that got transferred. No premium for this, so it is a spendable coin. (knowing what it is priceless information, that you can use on your further searches on coins)
