I don't see any obvious wear, but there is some apparent strike weakness on the lower hair curls and on the reverse denticles around 10:00 to 12:00. I think a proof would be fully struck so I presume this is a business strike. A proof should also have squared-off edges, but that feature really isn't visible in these images.
Potential grade should top off at MS-63 due to some small obverse contact marks plus three noticeable scratches on the neck.
The obverse toning is quite attractive but I'd be a little concerned about it. The centers have a brassy to pinkish color that could be from a chemical cleaning. Cleaned Indian cents can develop beautiful peripheral colors as they retone and that could be the case here. I have some colorful Indian toners that were rejected by ICG years ago, for exactly that reason. Hopefully NGC won't see a problem and will give your coin a righteous grade.
