What would be the grade of this coin. Would it be pushing fine or just good.

Breastplate edge is almost complete; I'd say it's pushing VF-20. There are a couple small rim nicks at 12:00 on the obverse but otherwise it looks original and problem-free. In good the 1918 is a $10 coin. This example is worth more like $25 IMO.

I think it could make VF-20.

Do I see a mintmark peaking out on the reverse? Looks like an S!

I think you are right, it's a 1918-S which is actually more common and worth a bit less than the Philadelphia coin in this grade. Still a nice piece, much better than the usual worn-out example.
Rest in Peace
