That appears to be a Lincoln Cent. I moved your post to this Modern Coin section.

Your coin is showing machine damage on those devices. What is machine damage? After the strike happens, the die moves a bit an alters the devices damaging them. This is a striking issue after the strike happened from a normal die. On a doubled die, the doubling is on the die not caused by die movement. thus the term 'doubled die MD is one of the most common events that can be found. The 1968-1972 cents has a lot of coins that looked like yours. It is not a variety, so there is no premium attached with your coin.
