Is this a weird example of a ragged clip or some other kind of planchet flaw. I am pretty sure it is not PSD/PMD as you can see the Blakesleys effect on both the obverse and reverse. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I vote ragged clip or might say an incomplete planchet. At the end (or beginning) of the rolled stock there is nothing to clip, but air. Thanks, Doug.
