This large diameter bust quarter is in a problem-free, top tier slab. Care to guess the assigned grade?

Not great on these but I'll go first. VG-10

The wear pattern seems to indicate the coin is bent. I'm at AG-3

I think it will make G4. These large diameters usually get the benefit of the doubt from TPG's. Forgot to add...this quarter does have nice surfaces and color for a G4 coin.

Nobody has guessed the correct grade (by NGC anyway). I'll post a slab photo this evening.

Whatever NGC might have thought of it, I can only give this piece an AG-3. When there is wear into the letters and stars, that grade seems appropriate.

NGC went really conservative on this one and graded it FA2. Some abbreviate it as FR2. I think it is a full point undergraded. No signs of damage on this old warhorse.
