I am thinking MS-64. Maybe just a little bit too many marks in the obverse fields for a 65.

above avg strike for NO. reverse is pretty nice. gotta grade her by the obverse though. I think it would make MS64 as there is quite a bit of luster across the cheek and the marks are not digs but rub from bumping against other coins

I can narrow it down for you - it appears to be a far date. You will have to check for minute die markers to narrow it down and there aren't a lot of photos either so you'll need to check the descriptions for die markers. Good luck, you'll need it. http://www.vamworld.com/1885-O+Obverses
