Looks like a MAD (Miss-Aligned-Die). The reverse should be normal, dead center. If it is an off center, the reverse should be out of alignment the same. Interesting to find. I keep them for educational purposes.

Slight MAD's/Off-Centers like that one are quite common with Lincoln Cents.

You are correct, the reverse is dead center. Coop, do you want it for further education or do you have enough of them?

Those things are very common on Licoln Cents in the 80's for some reason. I used to save those in my error collection untill I realized I would end up with hundreds of them. I checked with https://www.coppercoins.com a long time ago about those effects and was sort of told no big thing. That's when I noticed there are a lot of those.

Thanks for the offer, but I already have several. Save it for a new collector and explain to him what it is. Sometimes a coin that is different, but common to you may spark the interest of a new collector.
