Looks like a MAD (Miss-Aligned-Die). The reverse should be normal, dead center. If it is an off center, the reverse should be out of alignment the same. Interesting to find. I keep them for educational purposes.
Those things are very common on Licoln Cents in the 80's for some reason. I used to save those in my error collection untill I realized I would end up with hundreds of them. I checked with https://www.coppercoins.com a long time ago about those effects and was sort of told no big thing. That's when I noticed there are a lot of those.
Thanks for the offer, but I already have several. Save it for a new collector and explain to him what it is. Sometimes a coin that is different, but common to you may spark the interest of a new collector.
