XF, possibly cleaned. Note full boobs, won't see that on VF coins.

oh no, it looks like XF. Outline of breasts is complete and feathers on eagles breast are pretty good.

Nice designation, Full Boobs. Is that Full Split Boobs or Fully Split and Rounded? FSB? Take note PCGS!
