Poll Question
Interesting find. What I thought was melted plastic on this penny may just be Laminate from sticking to another coin during minting process. I just tossed this coin to the side while my friend looked at it and told me about an additional Chin! I tried taking the best pictures to show you what I see. I would like to see both sides of this coin. (full images of both sides) The outline on the head area reminds me of another coin I've seen.
