I sure hope it's a joke. Wow, a 1965 quarter. Quite rare I know, but I would offer a quarter.
Rest in Peace

Way to look on the bright side, ExoGuy! [golf clap] and isn't Humble, Texas, one of those self-contradictory terms (combos)?

We need a smilie for golf clap, don't we?

If its really an F-2, that might appeal to a lowball collector.

I'll bet he knows coins used to be silver but thought it ended in 1965 rather than clad starting in that year. Still a weird post though as, if we pretended it was a 1964, would only be worth a few bucks at most.

I watch CL & I used to run ads on there buying, and you wouldn't believe some of the calls I'd get. I imagine they think a 51 year old coin is in fact worth something. I drove all the way across town in the pouring rain one afternoon thinking that I was going to look at some silver dollars from the 1800's, but what did I see, Ike dollars. I couldn't tell you how many calls I'd get for someone with a single Wheat penny or dateless Buffalo nickel.

He does say he will accept any fair offer.

How about 20¢ and he delivers it
