On the reverse, if it has stars below the eagle (think I see some), its 1917 Type 2 - 1930. If there are not stars below the eagle, its 1916 - 1917 Type 1.
The only dateless SLQ worth anything over melt is a 1916 and it is definitely not that. Fuzzy is right about the reverse, though there are other indicators that can tell you for sure even if the stars on the reverse are gone.
Call me crazy, but I see an 8 where the last digit of the date should be, making this coin probably a 1928. I don't think the date on a 1918 could possibly still be there at this level of wear.
