There has been a huge upsurge in the numbers of loose coins being put into Mint or security company rolls and being offered up on ebay for sale.
One enterprising individual has even produced his own designed paper with an added twist of a hologram label to roll these loose coins in and is selling sets of these rolls on ebay.

as far as I am aware it isn't illegal to do this, But is it ethical ?
What is your "Take" on this practice ?

It depends on what they are claiming these rolls are. If they are suggesting that these were made by the mint or the company, then it is certainly unethical (or to use a modern phrase, "differently ethical").

But compared to other ebay practices, it is probably close to normal, I am sorry to say.
