Need some grading opinions. Trying to squeeze it into an AU50, but don't think it makes it. Like the little woody action on the obverse, and the die cracks on the reverse. Does the obverse look scuffed? Seller pics.   *** Moved by Staff to a more appropriate forum. ***Edited by edweather

not that familiar with grading Lincolns but maybe XF? Nice looking coin Not sure its scuffed or not.

I'd say XF-45, and the wear on the face looks acceptable. Agree that's a nice die crack.

Ed , I'm wondering if obverse was cleaned and retoned .All the devices have green corrosion in them ? EF-45 Details ?  |

An AU50 doesn't seem out of the realm of possibilities, but I think XF45. Still a great looking 1922-D

Thanks for all the replies. Sorry I had this in the Classic section, and thanks to the mod who moved it. The coin didn't sell, it was priced too high, and got no bids. I might contact the seller and make an offer.
