Your picture is a little dark, but the coin appears to be highly polished. That will reduce its collecting value.

Better photos, including at least one of the reverse, would help us to offer you a more reliable opinion.

From the single photo shown it appears that this coin has been whizzed. That means the coin was buffed on a high speed wheel with soft cloth to give it a mirror like appearance.

If so, the value of this coin would be about $17-20.

Coin looks like it's been plated, most unnatural appearance.
