EF-40 or 45 detail but it looks cleaned and retoned to me. Appears to have a shallow pin scratch below A in STATES. The drab color scheme negatively affects eye appeal IMO.

I would also say AU50. There is a PCGS one on Stacks and Bowers right now that is AU53 that may just be a little better especially in the stars.

The surface seem to have a off look ... Not sure if it was not stored well .. and did not tone well Or was cleaned a long time ago .. or just how the pictures are making it look.

This coin has NOT been cleaned. The pictures are blurry but It's enough to convince me that the coin original. I believe it could slide into au-50. This is what a naturally toned seated coin looks like. The left facing leg and claws pm the obverse are hurting the net grade.

The picture is a bit blury, but I'd say EF-45 also. I don't see "cleaned" in this coin's state of preservation.
