This coin has what I would categorize as a pleasing toning. What would you grade it? Value?

Thanks for the opinions.
So here is the backstory:
A dealer, with whom I have a very good relationship, had this marked as BU with a price tag of $150. I argued that there was minimal wear (i believe that in hand it shows to be AU). He said that he bought it for Wholesale BU money ($95) and would only be able to part with it for a profit. I wanted to get it home to get some pics and share here, so we agreed upon a deal where I take it home and try to to sell it, and if I do I can come back and pay him $110.
I doubt that will happen, and I am okay with it. I got what I wanted from it.
There was one other coin that fell into the same category and we made a similar deal on. I plan to post it later to get your opinions.
