Just a lot going on with this one. Not all the clash shows up in the photos very well but you get the idea. The die crack on the lower right of the memorial might qualify as a tiny retained interior die crack?

What I am seeing
That bubble look ... what I call zinc rot
The die crack .. I like..

To sure I could guess a accurate grade ... don't know if
Zinc rot makes it ungradable

This is very common for 1983 cents. If I found it it would go back into the wild. If you like it then add it to your collection.It is in de-CENT condition.(pun intended)
