Off from work and raining day lol perfect day to organize my collection , while taking a close look on my steel cents I found this one that I'm not sure if it's a error or PMD.... any thoughts? Thanks

The reverse left of the "O" resembles PSD. The marks inside the "O" and across the "N" are hard to zoom in on. The obverse may show a class 4 extra eyelid or a speck of dirt or reflection. If its part of the coin you might check against known verities, because again it distorts a bit when zooming in on my end. Thanks, Doug.

Some closer images might help us more. I can tell if the raised devices are affected or not. If the area in question is raised or incuse? So closer images might show me more.

In the 4 that is Die Deterioration. Keep in mind the planchets are steel, the dies are steel, so that produces more wear on the devices. The die wear is always toward the closest rim direction. Re-punching dates were a 18th 19th century thing. Stopped in 1909. The opposite of the of that area on the obverse would be the shoulder are. I see no evidence of a pushing out on that area. So this maybe a struck through error. It has a distinct shape and not trailing damage on each side. So I'm thinking that is what this. Not PSD, but happened during the strike.
