Hey dollarman, I have an AU cent from the 80s struck about as off center as your '65. The coin show I am working tomorrow has a $20 table fee so I have it in my case for $25. Would it be reasonable to expect $20 for it? I have no idea what an off center cent is worth. I got it at face.
I love you New Brunswick piece by the way! Do you have any other NB errors?

@Harmonica I'm no expert but that price sounds reasonable. since it will be a show setting maybe ask $30 and see what offers you get? are you going to the Oshawa show?
this is my most dramatic N.B. error. I also have an 1861 N.B. cent with a minor rim clip as well as 3 of the 1964 N.B. cents with the legend error showing an E/F in the legend. are you familiar with this variety?

I am familiar, I have Dr.Bird's book. I want to get into New Brunswick decimal but I can't afford it. I do not want to buy EF coins just to upgrade later. I intended to have a PCGS top registry some day. Right now I am working on the Frigate tokens.
Do you have your clipped coin photographed in the same manner? How is it condition wise?
I am doing the Woodstock, NB show. We get about 120 people through the doors. I live in the next town over and it has a population of 913. We do amazingly well given our population.
Did you see the NB cent turned into an elongated cent at the Coloubian World fair that was for sale in the Toronto Library sale? I snagged that guy.

very cool! I wish you luck with that future set and can only drool at the thought of how it will look sadly I couldn't get pictures of the clipped example today..the clip is very minor but still cool. the coin is attractive, an AU but cleaned with some interesting colours. I have some other N.B. cents, some with cool clashed and die cracks if I'm not mistaken. i'll try getting you some images in the next little while.
