Hey guys, I found this guy while roll searching today, I'm fairly certain it is just normal wear/damage but wanted to get a second opinion in case I am missing something. Sorry to not have better quality pics

I would say more abuse than wear. Not a mint error though.

Hot to tell? Note the rims of the coin. See how the normal circle is altered in certain areas. It looks like someone placed the coin on edge and hit it with a hammer. the striking process only allows the rim to be rounded because of the collar that forms the edge of the coin. The die makes the circle inside the rim. The rim is formed during the strike. So this is a Claude mentioned, Post Strike Damage. ( PSD)
