I tried a search on this but could not see an answer. I have bought graded coins on ebay these last three years and I see some ICCS with two letters and then three numbers. I see others with three letters and then three numbers.

Did they run out of two number combos?

Any formula to tell date of grading based on the letters?

Are certain certificate numbers considered to more reliable or valuable?

the 2 letter prefix are the earlier ones, from my understanding, a lot of these coins are great candidates for a resubmit..
i have heard, that a lot of them can grade a full mark higher..
