First, welcome to ccf!

Second, I'm not convinced that those areas of discoloration are a mint error. Rather, it kinda looks to me like someone used superglue to attach Two Cents together. If so, then this would be post mint damage and not add to the value of this coin. Others should weigh in on this too.

Not an error, just another coin pressed in glue. You can still see the original mint red color of the coin which was preserved by the glue.

Theres a chunk of the memorial stuck over lincolns face, not an imprinted chunk, but with the more narrow columns sticking out...looks like another layer of the memorial stuck over the main memorial image also, I'll try to get better pictures, lol

One way to find out is to soak it in acetone.

Soak it in acetone, but it is most likely glue

The glue prevented it from discoloring.

to the forum!

If it was struck though extra metal, it wouldn't show the Memorial building on the obverse side, it would show Lincoln's profile with extra metal on it.

If the area is raised and not a mirror image as you suggested, it would have had to have been stuck on there after if was minted so it wouldn't be a mint error in that case either.
