Beautiful obverse, but seems to something going on below the first 4 in the date which could hold it back. I'll say 65.

It might get cut out of its old cert and make its way into a new population place :) I left it for now because the embrossed holders are always nice to have!

just like the 1936 cent you have, this one could be upgraded based on what grading is like today. But this really gives a nice taste of how much more conservative it was
