Looks like a nice original VG10 to me with "LITY" and part of the "R" visible, but I'll put it up here for CCF to share your grading insight. I think I overcropped it slightly in the reverse picture, the rims are not clipped. Some are pretty hard RoyCionBoy ... newer grading standards are not
looking at "Liberty" as strict as they did in the old days.
