My wife has a pay-pal account . She has a small credit on her account from an e-bay return for refund . The refund went into her pay-pal account .How does she use that refund credit for e-bay coin purchases , pay-pal keeps taking funds out of her bank debit account whenever she makes a purchase .
You would think pay-pal would use her credit first ,and then when that's depleted start withdrawing out of her bank debit account .

i believe when you commit to pay you have the choice of using existing balance or credit. when the paypal screen comes up when you finalize purchase click on paypal balance, then any difference should come from your credit or bank account. if it isn't working this way then call paypal..

Just move the funds to your bank account, it takes a few days. It's supposed to debit your PayPal balance first, but you may want to chat with PayPal about that.

You can transfer the funds to your bank account. Or when you are checking out, look for the change payment method, and use the balance. Paypal is a bit sneaky, always defaults to take the money directly from my attached bank account, and I have to make sure I change the payment method on each purchase to use my credit card.

When I have a balance in my PayPal account a purchase automatically
uses that first. Then takes the balance from my account.

I would call PayPal and see if there is some sort of hold on those funds.
