Canadian Colonial Tokens Vol.8 doesn't show any significant varieties for this year / denomination.
VF20 cleaned, & finding higher grade problem free examples should be fairly easy.

I concur with Wade on the grade.

This is Doctor Courteau variety 26, having a rarity factor of 1
on a scale of 1-10, with 1 as common as winter snow in Canada.
