Hi everyone, not sure if this counts as a coin find. recently I purchased a roll of junk silver dimes for about $50-$80. In the roll was this 1931-d dime! sorry the back is a little blurry.  ((btw, what would you guys grade this coin?))   *** Moved by Staff to a more appropriate forum. *** |

You don't want me grading your coins, but my opinion is VF35. I also really like the circulated color of this coin. Nicely toned liberty with a red hat -- come on -- gotta love that. Very attractive obverse. Grade based on obverse, can't really see the reverse. Why wouldn't this count as a find. It is a pretty nice find. Nice coin.
I don't really understand the part if your description, that you say you purchased a roll of dimes for $50-$80.
How did that come to happen? I guess I'm just not completely paying attention today yet, but I don't understand that part.

closer to XF40 than VF35. I would grade it a 40
