Most of my Canadian coins are junk, but I read somewhere that 1970 is a slightly better date. What would you grade this coin? Also, what would it be worth?

I'm not too experienced at grading Elizabeth II coins, but I'd say in the 63/64 range

Lots of small hits in the fields, so I'm at MS62-63. I don't know how to tell wear on these especially from images so could even be AU58. Even at MS64 J&M values it at $US9; MS63 $.50.

MS-63ish. Unfortunately, even being a better date, certified MS-65 1970 nickels can be had for about $25.

Don't run off and get it graded on my opinion, but it looks like a 65 GEM to me. Seen ICCS give worse nickels ms 65's. Much luster, nice coin.
