I am also teetering between 63 and 64. That is a real beauty!

MS63 for weak strike, better and it had a great chance of 64+ or even 65 I think.

If you picked it up for 63 pricing I think you did very well. Personally, I would have placed it at least at a 64 but knowing how PCGS is hard on this issue my guess was teetering between 63 and 64. It is a very nice example!

I think 64. I only have one other 63, and it is not as nice as this, especially next to one another. I have to say I was pleasently surprised to see the coin in hand. I bought it on ebay. The seller had the trueview pic but also some others that made the coin look a little rough.
