That's what I was wondering. The only thing I see that's "off" is the blue stuff on the obverse and that is post-strike.

There is a lot of errors/varieties for 2006. Magnetic non magnetic comes to mind.

Looks like fat, bumpy letters on the obverse. Many years have this same problem and probably will not even be worth a dollar.

The photos are a bit ambiguous. Can you take a picture of the full coin out of the holder so we can see the edges more clearly?

Is one side of the coin a little off centre? It looks like it may be a misaligned dies coin where the torque of the misalignment caused the copper plating to be scraped off the high points.

Pictures aren't good.
Could be early stage of zinc rot?
If so find four more and spend them.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
