I dont have any of this type coin, so going solely on Photograde, I'd say VG8 only because the surfaces are very dark and look a little rough. The definition, including eagle feathers and Liberty's hair make VG10, IMO.

I am going with G6 - just a little too much wear on the reverse of this coin. BUT, maybe this series or date is known for a slightly weaker reverse strike?

Definitely LIKE the look of this coin. It is my eye that likes how the contrasting colors really make the details of this coin POP! Should call these Raiders or Oaklands (just because of the black and silver colors).

Thanks for the guesses and I agree with most that I think it would be graded a VG8 if sent in to a TPG. You will see this quarter again in a few days when I post a picture of the current project I am working on.

Sheldon used the grade, but the TPGs don't - VG-07. There could be some improper cleaning issues give the brightness of the devices.
