Has the surface been altered on the reverse?
as for grade, I'm not sure but I think I see wear on the hair. I'd say AU58 because of that. But if I'm wrong, I'm in the MS60-62 range

The rev looks right (orange/red) and very nice,..but the obv seems a bit light and orangie and the face and neck seem to have a bad colour and maybe a small lack of luster makes me wonder..
The field in front of her face is maybe rubbed a bit also..No digs or serious contacts showing though..

It's still a great grade and MS 60,.. if not for the face and neck and maybe a touch or soft rubbing there.. IHMO..

The surface looks like it has a fine coat of dull, powdered Rust on it if that helps. I'll try to get better pics without the holder.

MS60 and I think ICCS would further penalize this coin on appeal.

The colours not right..it's too light in places and bad colour in other places..

It might have had some kind of liquid or corrosion issues for a short time..

Too bad,.. because it does not have wear..
