Already got one of these, but for 19 bucks, come on, really? How COULDN'T I? Thoughts on a grade? Looks like a full rim Good to me. Not sure about surfaces, might details out, might be cleaned, the light obverse scratch might kill it...not going to complain at that price!! Nice rims, nice original look, all obverse mint mark WLHs are cool in my book! First thought was G-6 but believe there's enough detail and going with VG-8.

Adam an acetone rinse may remove what I see is green stuff maybe PVC. I'm at g6

I see full rims. Good catch on the pvc-looking stuff alpha. Can you rub that scratch out to lesser prominence? Any '16 is a good '16 at that price. Nice snag!

G-06 and the scratch can be overlooked at this level of wear. Excellent buy for $19.

Also  with the G-06 grade. I really don't think the distractions mentioned will affect the value of the coin much. With this degree of wear, most buyers are interested in filling the hole at a reasonable price. Your price was certainly a must-buy.

I was teetering between G-04 and G-06 ,but decided on G-06 because of the full rims . Strange the obverse scratch didn't bother me one bit . very nice price .
