Nice. Looks XF details to me. Worth twice what you paid in my humble opinion.

First, the price was fair.
The single larger rim Nick wouldn't detail the coin.
The very small pitting would be considered environmental damage rather than the harsher term, corrosion.
Overall, EF, Details, environmental damage.

An $11 price may seem appealing at first, but I doubt it will be easy to sell it for even that going forward. This most-common CN cent would have little appeal to a type collector and even less to a date collector.

Looking at this coin under a magnifier, this coin is not porous. The brownness is on the surface, as a form of oxidation. All metal is intact.
