Hello everyone, Karl here from Vancouver, BC, Canada. I have been collecting coins for over 10 years and just started coin roll hunting last summer. I collect coins, banknotes, and stamps, and I mostly collect Canadian and American coins and banknotes. I also like to keep some AU graded new banknotes and brand new mint coin rolls to sell in the future. My most interesting find was a 1924 British Farthing in Fine condition, which I had found while moving boxes at home! Another interesting find was a 1944 Canadian "V" nickel in my change! The oldest coin I currently have is a 1797 British "Cartwheel" penny.
I got into coin collecting from a few relatives of mine who were avid coin collectors back in the day. When I was young they would give me old coins, foreign coins, and banknotes as birthday gifts and Christmas presents, and that got me into coin collecting. I started coin roll hunting a few months ago after hearing about the wonderful finds people have found coin roll hunting.

Cool, I like show n tell to. sounds like you have a more expansive collection than I, but, I too am new to the forum and relatively still new to collecting. I'm Mostly into Roosevelt dimes and Lincoln pennies. I think ive come to the conclusion that I'm after a set of RPM's from all years in the Lincoln series. coin roll hunting and pocket change all the way for me. Nice to meet you dude |
