I am familar with S, D, P and even W mint marks but this dime I have stared at under magnifying glass and Can Not determine the Mint Mark. I was wondering if another member could help on this issue. Thank You.

talking to the left of the date? that is not a mint mark, its the designer's initials. A mint mark would be above the date, but since this was produced at the Philly mint, it has no mint mark. From the CCF Coin Facts page

Philadelphia Mint Mark was added to Susan B. Anthony dollar in 1979, and added to the nickel, dime, quarter, and half dollar in 1980. The US cent does not have a Philadelphia mint mark.

This a 1959 dime, the mintmark would be on the reverse to the left of the bottom of the torch. If there is a mintmark it would have to be Denver, but if not, Philly.

Also being 1959 this dime is 90% silver. Don't take it back to the bank or spend it. The photo is fuzzy but it looks like it is in good shape for a 1959.
