OGH probably a 65....today it may be a 66, the weak reverse breast strike may keep it from being a 66.

I'm probably at 64 as nicks seem to be on the coin and not the holder, plus flatness on the hair and eagles breast feathers. 85-O is a common date so it would take an exceptional strike for PCGS to grade it 65 or more!

I am also at 64. There is something weird running down from the top of forehead down the nose of liberty, although the cheek is incredibly clean. Also the weak strike and in the eagle and the lack of detail in the hair of liberty above the eye hold it back from gem. Pity because that is a great looking cheek.

OGH MS64. Easy 65 on a crackout, but not worth it.
