MS63, little too busy to be a full 64 IMO.

62 or 3. The TE of STATES are knocked about somewhat. Tiny digs on the eagle's breast evident. Not much detail on the breast feathers, but that is not a condition problem. These pictures are rather merciless in showing these. That's honesty for you!  Lovely mint luster, and thus an attractive coin, with great eye appeal.  FAR better pictures than you would ever find on ebay!

MS63 on the lower end could see it as MS62 from the ticks and scrapes, but luster brings it back for me.
