Look at the hair on the obverse.

Obverse center hair is almost always softly struck on the 1921, and that's what this is.

Finding a well struck obverse for a 21 is nearly impossible.

Although the 1921 Peace typically has soft central obverse detail, this one seems well below-average. If you are looking for this date you should be able to find one with stronger hair detail.

This is an example of what to look for https://coins.ha.com/itm/peace-doll...ction-120115

Both coins are MS64 but this one will likely hammer for well more than the example you linked.

Agree with the others. The '21 is known for being weakly struck, but this one looks like a particularly sub-par strike.

Agree, usually weak, but that is below average. Even the reverse feathers are a bit flat and scratched. I'd pass.

I agree. The feathers on the reverse looks worn but I was waiting to see what everyone else thought. This looks like an AU coin.

Doesn't hurt to keep an eye on it and see if it goes cheap.

Pass - price aside, the coin just flat-out () lacks appeal.

Typical strike for a 1921. The deep die relief resulted in little or no contact with the planchet at the high points. Liberty's hair and the eagle's leg don't form the way they're supposed to.

Yes, this one is softly struck and that will keep the price down...unlike the one dave linked to.
