I also noticed how outer area of the coin dips farther down on 1 side than the other.

So what are these lines going through the coin? Any ideas?

I suspect they are planchet striations. Perhaps someone else has a better idea?

The lines on the Obverse look to me as if they are raised and that they traverse the bust as well as the field. The photo is out of focus. It would be better if it were cropped so that only they coin shows and if the focus is sharper. Are the lines raised? Do they traverse the bust?

It does traverse the bust. No fingerprints. I can feel it a Lil within the coin but not deep.also the lines are on the back as well.

If you can feel the ridges where the lines are, then I think they are planchet striations

Roller marks across the obverse! Can't make out any on the reverse image. The odd rim alignment makes me question collar containment. Thanks, Doug.
Adding lathe markings would be considered more concentric circles as pete2226 mentioned.

They might be roller marks, no one knows for sure.
