This look like a couple that I found.
I had a quarter (mine were not a strong as yours though)
And I had some new 2016 Philly dimes with on great scratches on the Reverse.

Yes, that was the situation with the ones I found and referenced above. Sorry I forgot to actually write that they were deemed to be Feeder Finger Damage.
