I really couldn't think of anything else to call this. I'm sure it's not a premium,But I seen it and it intrigued me. So that's why I'm posting to have you the experts tell what happened to this coin. Thanks for looking and all advice is greatly appreciated!

I'm guessing a folded over Rim Fin (they are pretty common) but wait for a second opinion from someone with more knowledge to reply.

Or debris struck through on the edge area. It looks like it is normal underneath it. I don't see the typical tilted die issue to create the fold on your coin.
