1973 Penny Looks Pushed In On One Side And Split Rim?

Hey everyone found this 73 Lincoln and not to sure of what it is called. One sides of the coin looks severely concaved and on that same side the rim is split pretty good (maybe finning)? Is this a keeper or spender? If so do you know the value?

Also on a side note I found a 1982 long Cud coin that I posted the other day it's not listed on c-o-c and I was hoping maybe someone could tell me what it's worth... thanks again for all the great knowledge and support

The 73 appears to have a strong strike with finning. Nice Cud on that 82 though.
