The 1996D Lincoln was quite possibly struck on a genuine unplated planchet, I see alot of luster that would not be present with a post-mint plating job. Unfortunately, the lumps on the reverse appear to be the onset of zinc corrosion

The blobs on the steps and columns on the 1996 penny give me the feeling that it is indeed plated, but I guess ig is possible that they are die chips.

I see no mint mark on the 1854 Half. So its a Philly mint, not a San Fran
