I got this from a strap of singles.

The last digit on the right (4) is a bit higher than the others.

Is this worth keeping?

those are really cool! I've had a couple but theyre usually 9's for some reason. and hey, a dollar kept is a dollar earned, right?

Often called a stuck or turned digit, collectors find these from time to time.
Condition often dictates the prices which are minimal. Nice find.
