I'd rate it somewhere in the MS60 range, but the scratches on the obverse bother me a little. Looks like surface haze (from being in a roll) might have been polished off..If so it would get details. Nice early memorial, though. Do you have 47 others just like it?

My first reaction is cleaned, but the could be die polishjng lines.. probably the lighting

Try moving your light away, it's too much. I think it's showing die polish lines? The light is digging into the patina too deeply.

This issue is pretty crappy. This is the best one I've found. If I blew up the light, it would look awful - in hand it's a cartwheel monster:
