I'd rate it somewhere in the MS60 range, but the scratches on the obverse bother me a little. Looks like surface haze (from being in a roll) might have been polished off..If so it would get details.

Nice early memorial, though. Do you have 47 others just like it?

MS-62 Details . Looks like obverse was subject to a wire brush .

My first reaction is cleaned, but the could be die polishjng lines.. probably the lighting

Try moving your light away, it's too much. I think it's showing die polish lines? The light is digging into the patina too deeply.

This issue is pretty crappy. This is the best one I've found. If I blew up the light, it would look awful - in hand it's a cartwheel monster:
