Is this a trick question? I also see doubling of the O in ONE CENT.

Could you give us close ups on all the texts (date, Liberty, etc)? I agree with spruett, there might be some doubling here.

As far as luster, it's superb . A few small hits on reverse. MS-64RD . Is that a die crack on reverse bottom left of the memorial ?

There are not hits, that area is opposite the bust and didn't completely fill during striking. It's quite common on all Lincolns since the bust takes the most metal to fill.
That's a die crack.
