Strange Ink Marks On Penny. Opinions ?

Potbellypub Pillar of the Community United States 900 Posts	Posted 01/31/2017 6:15 pm I found this 1991 penny in a coin roll and it has what looks to be ink on it but I decided to do my own experiment with another penny and see if it is possible to get a pen in between the tops of the W or the you and it's not. Is it possible this was on the die or is it just a lucky shot with some kind of ink and a magnifier as some kind of art I'm unaware of ? Report this Post to the Staff
